This course is designed for individuals wanting to begin a career in Community Services.

Prepare yourself to work in a range of community service areas such as support work, personal care or customer service and administration.

You will learn how to work within a community development framework including learning the fundamentals of client interaction, identifying presenting needs and how to refer appropriate services for support.
